Registered users to Advicedirect can access a range of services including:

- Consultancy

- Access to Advicefinder
- Full access to FAQ knowledge base
Customers have a choice of three entry levels to Advicedirect services:

| Bronze as members you will receive e-mail notification of new training courses and publications, as they become available. You will be eligible for discount on certain training courses and will receive Advice magazine. You will also be able to request information from the FAQ knowledge base. |

| Silver enjoy the same benefits as Bronze subscribers, with the additional benefit of being able to access an three categories from the Advicefinder database. |

| Gold
provides all of the benefits of the above, with the additional benefit of full access to the AdviceFinder database as used by CAB's own advisers, which includes documents prepared by Citizens Advice, in relation to an unparalleled depth of legislation, of significance to trained advisers in the areas of social justice.
